You will have to engage in physical activity if you want to build muscle and trim your figure. It can be arduous and difficult, but it is one hundred percent worth it. And you may think that you will have to live in a gym, but exercise opportunities can be found anywhere. You can simply start taking the stairs at work, or park as far away from your office as possible so you can get a good walk in before work. You should try to at least exercise 30 minutes every day, but push for 60. Walk, hike, use a piece of gym equipment, go to the library and borrow some of their workout DVD's, go for a bike ride, the possibilities are really endless. Pack some healthy snacks and lunch for yourself at work and eat them while your work so that on your lunch break you can take a 30 minute walk. If you think it is impossible then you will have to do more work on your attitude because once you realize it is all within your reach, you will see results.
